Ever wondered what it would be like to get a letter from your 20s something self, when you are say, 60 years old? With FutureMe.org, you can:

  • write emails to yourself, that will be delivered to you at a later date
  • write emails to others, that will be delivered to them at a later date(displaying your address from where it was sent to prevent abuse)

  • read public emails written by others to have an insight to the varied thoughts of the human mind

Dear FutureMe – the book:

In 2006, the FutureMe compiled over 200 public(but anonymous) entries on FutureMe.org into a book titled – Dear FutureMe- Hopes, Fears, Secrets, Resolutions, which makes for an interesting read and is acknowledged by authors and psychologists as a unique social dialogue.

People behind FutureMe have a very funny bone, and the website reflects their simplicity and sincere humour. They run a PayPal account so that you can donate them some money, and the creator’s have also put up their wishlist in case you’d rather gift presents.
